Brittany began dancing at the age of 7 years old. She took classes in clogging, jazz, and tap. Brittany continued dancing into high school where she was on the Dazzlers Drill Team all 4 years until she graduated in 2004. Upon graduating, Brittany began teaching dance right away working with one of the top on-site dance programs in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex. She continued her study at In-Step Dance in Houston while teaching Pre-school and beginner level jazz and hip hop. Brittany continued her training by taking dance classes while teaching at Sheena's Dance Academy, home of the Frisco Ballet. After that, Brittany was relocated to the Rio Grande Valley where she taught and trained at some of the most well-known studios in the valley before opening On-Site Dance in 2013.

Brittany still owns and manages the rio grande valley and San Antonio dance companies from here with the help of an incredible staff. Fueled by her passion and faith, Brittany seeks to provide families a way to experience the art of dance in a convenient and affordable way while not sacrificing the element which she loved so much, performances!

Alecia Echols began her career singing at The Promise in Glen Rose at only 15 years old, portraying the Young Virgin Mary. After two seasons, she was hired as the newest cast member for Granbury Live Theater in Granbury Texas at the age of 17. She has been the longest running vocalist to ever sing at GBL Theater and enjoys still performing there on the weekends in the “Follies” Shows.
Her first year at GBL
she met a handsome fiddle player named Michael Echols while on stage, and the rest is history!
They fell in love and were married two years later. They have two children, Audrey (6) and Grayson (2).
Once Michael and Alecia moved to Stephenville, they started attending First Baptist Church in Stephenville, she immediately began singing in the adult choir and helping with the children’s choir. Soon, she was giving private voice lessons to some children and found a new passion for vocal coaching. She has now been the Vocal Director of four Musicals for Stephenville ISD Theater Program.
Alecia is also a Baker and Cookie Decorator and owns “Red’s Cookie Creations.” She stays busy with cookie orders when she’s not at church activities with her children.
