Brittany began dancing at the age of 7 years old. She took classes in clogging, jazz, and tap. Brittany continued dancing into high school where she was on the Dazzlers Drill Team all 4 years until she graduated in 2004. Upon graduating, Brittany began teaching dance right away working with one of the top on-site dance programs in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex. She continued her study at In-Step Dance while teaching Pre-school and beginner level jazz and hip hop. Brittany continued her training by taking dance classes while teaching at Sheena's Dance Academy, home of the Frisco Ballet. After that, Brittany was relocated to the Rio Grande Valley where she taught and trained at some of the most well known studios in the valley before opening On-Site Dance in 2013.

Brittany still owns and manages the rio grande valley and San Antonio dance companies from here with the help of an incredible staff. Fueled by her passion and faith, Brittany seeks to provide families a way to experience the art of dance in convenient and affordable way while not sacrificing the element which she loved so much, performances!

Hey guys, my name is Maricsa but please call me Misca!

Quick introduction, I was born and raised in Dublin, Texas. I did ballet and tap dancing as a child for a few years and reunited with dance again in high school with my Dublin Dandi-Lion's Drill Team. In addition, I danced for Tarleton's collegeite dance team, Texan Stars, in 2015 before I began to teach my hip hop class at Tarleton's Recreational Sports Center in 2016. No matter what changes in life, I always seem to be drawn back to the dance world! As a child, I would have dreamed of having the opportunity to have a local dance studio like On-Site Dance so it is a pleasure to be a part of dancer's journey and individuals who simply want to have a fun fit cardio class! I am excited to meet everyone!

Hi my name is Grace Franke! I’m currently a student at Tarleton, and I’ve been dancing since I was 3 years old. I started dancing competitively when I was in 4th grade. I began learning ballet and tap, but then shortly learned lyrical and jazz. I continued to train in all four genres, but I quickly excelled in tap. Tap is definitely my strongest genre, and I usually placed high in the tap categories at competitions. I still love to tap, and it definitely is my favorite genre.

ALECIA ECHOLS
VOCAL DIRECTOR OF MUSICAL THEATER

Alecia Echols began her career singing at The Promise in Glen Rose at only 15 years old, portraying the Young Virgin Mary. After two seasons, she was hired as the newest cast member for Granbury Live Theater in Granbury Texas at the age of 17. She has been the longest running vocalist to ever sing at GBL Theater and enjoys still performing there on the weekends in the “Follies” Shows.
Her first year at GBL
she met a handsome fiddle player named Michael Echols while on stage, and the rest is history!
They fell in love and were married two years later. They have two children, Audrey (6) and Grayson (2).
Once Michael and Alecia moved to Stephenville, they started attending First Baptist Church in Stephenville, she immediately began singing in the adult choir and helping with the children’s choir. Soon, she was giving private voice lessons to some children and found a new passion for vocal coaching. She has now been the Vocal Director of four Musicals for Stephenville ISD Theater Program.
Alecia is also a Baker and Cookie Decorator and owns “Red’s Cookie Creations.” She stays busy with cookie orders when she’s not at church activities with her children.
Alecia is excited to begin working with the On-Site Dance Studio kids!
